We are unique in the fact that landlords are offered a choice in the control of their money and rent collection.  First Bay Lettings will collect the rent each month and then transfer the balance to the landlords account or for those landlords who wish to have more control over their money we are happy to arrange the monthly rental to be paid direct to the landlord and then invoice for our services.
